AndaSeat has unveiled its Phantom 4 Series, an ergonomic seating solution designed to accommodate the natural movements of users engaged in activities such as working, gaming, and reading. This innovative approach recognizes that people seldom maintain a single, static posture for long periods, instead frequently adjusting their positions to enhance comfort and engagement.
The Phantom 4 Series is distinguished by its Dynamic Auto-Tracking Lumbar system, which allows users to select their preferred lumbar support from 15 locking positions within a 0–95 mm adjustment range. This system is engineered to swivel approximately 5 degrees to either side and tilt forward and backward through a 25-degree range, ensuring continuous support as the user’s torso moves.
Complementing this lumbar system is a 55 kg/m³ cold-cure foam seat, providing a stable seating base. Both the Phantom 4 and Phantom 4 Pro models offer a backrest recline of up to 135 degrees and a rocking motion of around 15 degrees, enabling users to change their seating posture deliberately.
The two models differ in the level of manual adjustments they offer. The Phantom 4 features 2D armrests with forward-back and vertical adjustments, an adjustable memory-foam head pillow, and a butterfly tilt mechanism. In contrast, the Phantom 4 Pro includes 3D armrests with 360-degree rotation, additional adjustment options, and a multi-function tilt mechanism with tilt-lock capability.
